This popular pocket sized sick call set, contains a Gold Plated Pyx, with I.H.S. engraved on the hinged lid, holding approximately 10 peoples hosts or wafers. This design of pyx also has a ring integrated into the design in order to allow the wearing of the pyx round the neck. A white cross embroidered corporal, measuring 6 Inches by 6 Inches and a small metal crucifix, approximately 2 Inches in Length.
