Host box with IHS engraved lid, Holds 50 Peoples or Gluten Free Wafers

Communion Host Box, with seperate circular 4 space communion wine cup holder and IHS engraving on the lid. This Communion wafer box is very similar to a Hospital Pyx and will serve the same purpose. The main difference to a regular pyx, is that the host box has a removable lid rather than hinged.
